  • Can I get a refund on any lash products?
    No refunds! Unless it’s truly due to an extremely damage product. (I.e. lashes were torn, bottle was busted due to shipping, etc.) However, we package our products a certain way to avoid these incidents.
  • Can I return any items?
    No returns or exchanges.
  • How long does shipping typically take?
    2-3 business days US 5-10 business days worldwide (it can go up to 20 days)
  • How long is processing time?
    Please allow 1-2 days to be processed. If payment is processed by 2pm, your package can be shipped the same day.
  • Can I pick up my products?
    Yes you can pick up the products if arranged with owner. If you do not have the owner’s number, please contact @eyecemink DM on Instagram. If owner doesn’t know you personally/ cannot do pickups that day she may refuse pick up.
  • Can I have my products delivered?
    Yes you can have the products delivered if arranged with owner. Choose pickup option on website and contact the owner. If you do not have the owner’s number, please contact @eyecemink DM on Instagram. If owner doesn’t know you personally/ cannot do deliveries that day she may refuse to do so.
  • How can I track my order?
    You can track your order via the website in your member portal under My Orders or via email that was sent from Eyece Mink Lashes. Didn't receive the email? Contact us here or via DM on instagram @eyecemink.
  • Can I change my shipping address, name, or email address after order placed?"
    Yes you can change anything that was incorrect but you have to contact us that there was a mistake and tell us the correction we need to make.
  • How long will my lashes last?
    Your lashes will last depending on how well you keep them. Make sure to use the lash cleanser, brush out the lashes with the spooley, and remove the lashes off the tray and the glue off the lash band carefully.
  • How long does lashes typically last with proper care?
    If lashes are worn only a few times a month it can last up to 3-10 months.

  • Can I add the discount code after I’ve placed the order?
    No you cannot add the discount after the order was placed.
